How startups launch products that customers want

There’s no worse feeling for an entrepreneur than pushing a brilliant idea all the way though execution and then launching that new product or feature to dead silence. But oddly enough, we entrepreneurs tend to do this a lot. In fact, I just did it again myself. Question 1: Are customers leaving because you don’t have it?

Question 2: Are you afraid that a competitor will get there first?

Question 3: Are your customers tired of hearing you promise it?

Question 4: Are your customers already hacking it together themselves?

Question 5: Are your customers paying for it already?
